Community Manager

This role is Part-Time Contract to start with MAJOR growth opportunities for the right person as KAR Creative scales and grows.

As a young agency KAR Creative has established a record of explosive brand and engagement growth across content platforms. KAR Creative is looking for a motivated and organized community manager, who is enthusiastic about brand and community building and ready to dive in head first and get their hands dirty.

Role Responsibilities

  • Utilize in-app and LATER to schedule social content once approved.

  • Be the #1 point person responsible for final mile delivery of social content including real time posting of social assets, in-app creation of real-time assets and continued stewardship of content for top performance.

  • Manage client online communities including responding to comments, DMs and Tagged Photos.

  • Utilize stories as a place to build community with Ad Hoc content and content re-shares.

  • Escalate relevant inquiries to the appropriate parties on the client side.

  • Engage with relevant accounts outbound on both Instagram and TikTok to increase brand awareness.

  • Work with Social Strategist to build and maintain effective hashtag strategies across client accounts

  • Mastermind and recommend additional initiatives for community building on client channels.

  • Ensure that files are saved and organized for client future use on a recurring basis.
